1- Insurance
Hike bike Zermatt-Evolution Ski School GmbH is not responsible for client insurance. Lessons do not include insurance.
Hike bike Zermatt-Evolution Ski School GmbH rejects any liability for accidents, injury and losses during lessons or their consequences. We recommend highly that our clients purchase accident, medical, rescue and holiday insurance. Zermatt Bergbahn offers additionally to the ski pass the insurance for CHF 3.- per ski day & person. The lift pass is required, and it is not included in the lessons fee.
2- Booking
All lessons have to be paid in full at the time of booking. Exceptions can only be made by Evolution Ski School GmbH in writing.
We accept Revolut transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro, bank transfer in Swiss francs and Euro. The booking will not be confirmed until full payment will be received. When booking through a travel agent, chalet company or hotels, extra cost may be charged.
3- Covid 19 - 100% money back
We are offering a 100% refund guarantee for all booking up to 48 hours before the start time of the first lessons.
This will be applicable for all bookings cancellation due to Covid 19 issues:

Government-imposed travel restrictions in your Country or in Switzerland

You are sick with COVID-19 (you must provide a medical certificate/positive COVID-19 test as evidence)

The Zermatt ski area has been closed due to COVID-19
We are also offering the flexibility to defer all booking for 24 months at no extra cost.
The necessary measures are in place for your safety:

Limitation of number of participant per course.

Hydro-alcoholic gel available.
-
Booking lessons online, by phone and email.
4- Cancellation
Cancellations of bookings will be charged as follows:

less than 48 hours 100% of the total fee
-
within 7 days 50% of the total fee
-
within 15 days 20% of the total fee
-
over 15 days, full refund
The total fee will be refunded minus the credit card charges.
Our instructors work in any weather conditions that they consider acceptable for lessons. Should no lift and cables facilities be available due to bad weather, mechanical breakdown or any other reason outside of our control, Hike Bike Zermatt-Evolution Ski School GmbH will refund 80% of the lessons fee. Hike Bike Zermatt-Evolution Ski School GmbH will not refund in case of illness (except with medical certificate) or bad weather conditions or partial closure of the skiing area.
5- Punctuality
Punctuality is at your own responsibility, in case of a client’s late arrival, the lessons fee will not be refunded.
Private lessons: the instructors will wait 40 minutes at the meeting point after the meeting time.
6- Photography
During your lessons we may take photos and video of clients including children under the age of 18, for coaching and marketing purposes.
if you do not wish us to use imagery or footage of you or your children please inform us at the time of booking.
7- Jurisdiction
Evolution Ski School GmbH is a Swiss company, the Swiss law is applicable in all circumstances. Place of jurisdiction is Visp/Canton Wallis.
